Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform customer service-related functions
• Front desk customer service.
• Attend to queries and questions on product details
• Undertake other administrative duties.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in any discipline. Related working experience would be advantageous
• Good communication skills, with written and verbal proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition and natural enthusiasm for customer service
• Fresh graduates and candidates without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience will be considered
